Something Completely Different

And now for something completely different :) :)

My texts can be dry and overly serious sometimes. So it's nice to see someone who is much more capable of expressing his thoughts about enbloc sales than I could ever be.

Sei-ji rakugaki (wonder what that means) is one of those rare political cartoonists (at least that's how I'd label him :) ). He drew one on enblocs :) He's done lots of cartoons for other issues too (here) :)

Love the cigar :)

All PEOPLE WHO HAVE PLANS FOR ENBLOC IN SINGAPORE SHOUL'NT BE SEEING THIS PAGE.

Quite confusing. Not clear whether refering to majority or minority owners. Could it be pointing at some enbloc agent? Maybe not. They're too decent!

They don't have to put all the people enbloc in such bad shape, since they are only vindictive against 20 minorities!

hmm....happen to see this seminar " Developments & Updates on Singapore's En Block Sale Legislation" by one of the training provider...Guess it may interest lots of agents, owners or even sales committee....I called them and was told that there will be another similar seminar in oct...Anyone got any ideas about this seminar, any feedback.

SEIJI-RAKUGAKI-

Yes , Dr. Minority you guessed correctly, it means in Japanese
'Political Cartoon drawings'.

Yes, this endemic saga is increasingly comical to those who live abroad and are looking in.

Just a tiny dot on the map, we are scrambling and fighting over 224 sq.mile of earth and airspace, inflating its value to unrealistic levels while there are better and lovelier spots in the world to live in.
